A fashionable low light portrait shooting session in Florence

This fashionable portrait shooting session with the night lights of Florence has been quite challenging.

I can say that on the roof terrace that is facing the Florence’s Duomo I couldn’t have so much light. I didn’t want to use any flashlight to ruin the atmosphere of the shot. The only one available was the backlight from the surrounding building.

In this situation, I’ve used an ISO range from 5000 to 10.000.
The focusing was difficult but not impossible. Since I’ve used all my usual three Fujifilm X camera, the X100T, the X-Pro2 and the X-T2 I could see – as everyone could expect – a big difference in the performance from the autofocus of the X100T compared to the X-Pro2/X-T2 sensor.

In this low light situation, you can really notice the differences in the performance from the old X-Trans sensors with the new one.
