91st Pitti Immagine Uomo in Florence, photos of the event. Part I

This 91st edition of Pitti Uomo has been for me quite busy and with big satisfaction. On one side I was asked to take some photos of friends attending the fair (soon their gallery will come on this blog), on the other side I was developing the #instapitti project (link) that has been has been published on the official Pitti Immagine organization website and internationally on PetaPixel, Lomography and Digifoto Pro Netherlands.

With this post I want to show a gallery of “backstages” and moments that I have lived during those days.
I have the feeling that the more I’m coming to Pitti Uomo the more I feel like a family. You meet old friend, you meet newcomers that are here for the first time and wish to come back for the next editions.

What always amazed me is the positive attitude of all the attendees: no one is jealous about the look of the other. Everyone instead shares their own unique taste in fashion.
For a lot of attenders, Pitti Uomo is (and this is the reason it was born) a B2B event. But we can say that in the last years the event has grown to get inside all the side of the fashion, that actually define the world itself: the dresses in the everyday life.

There’s always something interesting to see during the Pitti Uomo’s week.
For me, the most interesting part is to meet new people worldwide and have some chat with them. Lot of the time I’m talking to business owners that are moving the first steps in the difficult world of fashion so I can totally understand the difficulties for their job.

And like usual there are some interesting people around the fair. This edition I could meet the Italian actor Paolo Ruffini, then I could photograph the Italian national team player Mr. Beppe Bergomi with my friend Defustel, and have a chat with the funny Dj Ringo and Di Pillo of Virgin Radio.
