The Sea: a portrait session with Alessia with Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 zoom lens

The sea, an important place for all the people that were born close to it.

Being born in the city of Trieste, a city that faces the sea, it is something that I’m missing during the winter months that I’m spending in Florence.

Ok besides this nostalgic moment, let’s talk about this photo session: we’ve shot with the amazing Alessia, an Italian model that I’ve collaborated already in the past for different other portrait photo session.

For this session, I want to test once more the Canon 24-70mm zoom lens on the Canon 5D Mk2.

I was quite happy with the results. I’ve to say that is not the sharpest lens out there, but for this session, and for the sort of analog mood I want to give, the results for me are quite satisfactory!
